Who processes your data

What data I collect and why

For orders: name, e-mail, phone (if given), delivery address or parcel locker and the ordered products – to fulfil the order, send the invoice and order e-mails, and contact you if needed.

For enquiries: name, e-mail, phone (if given), your message and attached photos – to answer your question.

The data is not used for marketing and is never sold.

How long I keep it

Order data is kept as long as needed to fulfil the order, handle warranty and return claims, and meet legal obligations. Enquiries are kept for up to two years after the last contact.

Who receives the data

Only service providers the site cannot work without: Vercel (website hosting), Neon (database, Frankfurt), Veebimajutus.ee (e-mail) and, for delivery, the parcel locker or courier company (Omniva, DPD etc.), which receives only what is needed for the delivery.

Cookies and statistics

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies: the shopping cart cookie (so your cart is remembered) and the admin login cookies. Visit statistics are collected anonymously and without cookies by Vercel Web Analytics – you are not identified or tracked across other sites, which is why no cookie consent is asked. If spam protection (Cloudflare Turnstile) is enabled, it checks that a form is sent by a person.

Your rights

You may ask what data I hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to its processing – write to hello@pinkyswear.ee. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (www.aki.ee).
